Outdoor Fitness Fat Blaster
Outdoor fitness Fat Blaster sessions are a great way of blasting fat by increasing your metabolism and achieving your health and fitness goals. The classes concentrate on fitness, strength, weight loss, and core stability and each week is different. We do a variety of exercise from boxing, kickboxing, runs, push ups, skipping, mini hurdles, squats lunges, Pilates floor exercises, kettle bell exercises, free weights and much more.
Each Fat Blaster class includes aerobic and resistance exercises and builds stamina over time.
The class changes each week so you'll never get bored.
All classes are run by a qualified and experienced personal trainers. Suitable for males and females.
Caters to all fitness levels. 30 minute or 1 hour classes available.
