Semi-private Personal Training

Semi-private sessions involve one trainer with up to 5 people. They are a fun and friendly way to get started on your personal fitness goals. Each session is individually tailored to a persons training needs.
Semi-private sessions are also a very cost effective way of getting personalised training. Current group times are 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Monday, 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday mornings, 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Thursday nights, and 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Saturday mornings.

If these times don't suit, why don't you get three to five friends together and create your own semi-private personal training session time!

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate it if you could give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your allocated session, otherwise the full amount will be charged. Anything less than 24 hours does not give the trainer enough time to offer your position to someone else who might want the time slot. If your trainer is unable to make the allocated time slot without prior notice, then your next session will be complimentary.
