Outdoor Fitness Boxing/Kickboxing
We offer boxing and kickboxing cardio fitness classes in a fun filled 30 minute or 1 hour workout suitable for all fitness levels. These classes are excellent at burning lots of calories.
Classes involve working out with a partner doing punching and/or kicking combinations on pads with someone at your level. All classes finish with abdominal work and are non-contact. Regular kickboxing or boxing workouts will not only increase your fitness and make you stronger but will also teach you elements of self defence. Very cost and time effective.
