Boxing/Kickboxing Xpress

We offer boxing and kickboxing cardio fitness classes in a fun filled 30 minute workout suitable for all fitness levels.

The Xpress class involves doing kick and/or punch combinations on wall bags, heavy bags, speed balls, focus balls, and more. All Xpress classes finish with abdominal work and are non-contact. You will be punching real bags for real results and not wasting half the class holding pads for a partner - allowing you to keep your heart rate in the ultimate fat burning range. Very cost and time effective.
